clean maintained hotel. bed is cozy.

The room 527 given to me initially was facing an abandoned building and which is very scary at night. I had to face trauma of sleeplessness due to this. despite of me being a regular customer for Park Inn, i was not given a room change till 3 days. while i understand you are booked but you should be sensitive towards your guests. Breakfast was the same for whole 5 sayd which was super odd.. Esp when i stay in frankfurt, there was some change in breakfast each day unlike this one.
