City Park Residence is the first high class residence in Poznań. The building combines features of period Art Nouveau architecture and modern design. 88 air-conditioned apartments decorated in an elegant modern style are at your disposal. Because of its convenient location in the city centre and a swimming-pool, conference rooms, restaurant. Standard Suites and Apartments are located in the residential building - no direct access to Wellness Area, Whisky Bar and Cucina restaurant. Comfort Suites are located in the main building. The hotel charges an additional fee of 10 PLN at check-in (COVID-19 fee). Upon check-in, the hotel pre-authorizes the cost of entire stay plus a deposit of PLN 500. The Wellness area is closed from Sun, Jan 2nd, 2022 to Thu, Feb 10th, 2022.
