San Jorge Eco Lodge and Botanical Reserve is an 18 th century mountain hacienda, situated on 200 acres of untouched, protected land and preserves the wild and natural habitat of many endemic plants, animals and exotic birds. The lodge is the only private reserve near Quito, located only 17 minutes from the airport, yet a world away from the busy metropolis to provide guests with peace and tranquility. San Jorge Eco Lodge is a place where travelers can map out the adventures of their choice, whether it is enjoying some of the activities offered at our private reserve such as bird watching, hiking, horseback riding, and mountain biking or participating in cultural and educational eco tours.
