Seascape's deluxe condominium accommodations include Golf and Tennis Villas for the avid sports person, Lakefront and Boardwalk Villas, and the beach-front Majestic Sun twin tower high-rise, all just a seagull's cry from the Gulf of Mexico. In addition to offering two of the most beautiful golf courses in the area, Seascape has a complete tennis facility with eight lighted courts and five swimming pools. For meetings, conferences, banquets and special events of all sizes, the Seascape Conference Center can accommodate groups up to 500 guests. Please note the following fees to be charged upon check-in- Damage Waiver- 8.50 USD per night Amenity Fee- 28.00 USD per night March 1st through October 31st 14.00 USD per night November 1st through February 28th Cleaning fees- 1 bed-87.50 USD, 2 bed-95.00 USD,2 bed w/bunk-100.00 USD and 3 bed-120.00 USD. Guests must be at least 25 years of age to check-in.
