Sanibel by Meyer Real Estate is nearby the heart of Gulf Shores and the beautiful sugar white beaches it is famous for. Beach access is located at Public Beach at 13th Avenue, only 200 ft away. The property features amenities such as outdoor pool, exercise room, and outdoor hot tub. Each spacious condo offers wonderful amenities including fully equipped kitchens, TVs, DVD players, and more. Please note that boats, trailers, jet skis, or motor homes are not allowed on property. There is a limit of 2 cars. There will also be a resort fee charged upon booking. PETS NOT ALLOWED. All units are non-smoking except on the balcony if applicable. Please note that If necessary, a smoke removal fee may be charged to the guest.
