Room is big

Lack of hangers (only 3 & I have to go front desk to get as reception is not answering the call at 5am)
No 'no disturb' display for me to place on the door.
At breakfast restaurant, the staff push us to join a China tour GP which shouldn't be & ask us if we are the drivers. We told them we are guests & show them our room cards & they just ignore. Finally a guest who can speak French help us & we manage to get into the restaurant.
I stayed there many times & this is 1st time after 2 years that the standard drop tremendously
