Sehr freundliches und aufmerksames Personal. Eine wirklich sehr gute Küche hinsichtlich Abendessen und Frühstück, sowie als großes Plus eine stilvoll eingerichtete Raucher- bzw. Zigarrenlounge.

TV war defekt, Rezeption half nicht: »Da können wir leider nichts tun, die für die Technik zuständige Person ist nicht mehr im Hause«. Im Nebenzimmer ging während der gesamten Nacht bis 5:00 Uhr morgens – bis die »Dame« das Zimmer verließ, die Post ab. Beschwerde war nicht möglich, da Rezeption nicht ans Telefon ging. Im Speisesaal hingen alte, riesige Spinnennetze an der Decke.
