Sauber und zweckmässig

Empfang durch Hotelchef mit dem Hinweis, dass er die bei HRS hinterlegte Kreditkarte nicht aktzeptiert um nach meiner weiteren Erklärung und Vorlage der Buchung seinen Fehler eingesteht. Es wird gerauchtin der Gaststube am Tresen und entsprechend riecht das Hotel nach kaltem Rauch. Der Rauchmelder im Zimmer war nicht vorhanden. Ungefragt wurde früh ein Multivitaminsaft hingestellt auf dem sich die Obstfliegen tummelten und ein Rührei gereicht das unapetitlich aussah und auch so roch. Der Kaffeeautomat beim Frühstück war ohne Wasser und über 30 Minuten lang die Dame nicht präsent sodaß ich das Frühstück ohne einen zweiten Kaffee verlassen habe. Zur Verabschiedung war ebenfalls niemand vor Ort.
