Hotel room is great with confort bed. Location is very central
I had multiple issues : reception forgot my room order whereas I needed to return to the hotel late and was hoping for a little snack prior to bed. After having to remind them, then they forgot the fork to eat with the fruit..Complete lack of care. Overall I find them quite slow to bring anything to room. Not a 5 star hotel standard
