Das Hotel ist für Hamburg günstig und liegt in der Nähe des Hauptbahnhofes und des ÖPNVs. Das Personal an der Rezeption war hilfsbereit.

Das Einchecken war eine Qual, weil die beiden Herren an der Rezeption überfordert waren. In den Stoßzeiten standen die Hotelgäste bis weit auf den Gehsteig. Die beiden Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption waren aus Südasien und sprachen nur Englisch mit einem Akzent. Hotelgäste, die nicht Englisch sprechen waren aufgeschmissen. Das Hotel ist schmuddelig und müsste gründlicher geputzt werden.
