Staff was friendly and helpful.
The hotel could use some maintenance, specially in small details (painting, for example). Also, doors are super heavy and loud when closed (you can hear when anyone gets into their room at any time). No extra plugs in the bathroom for hairdryer (example), just one for shaving machine (lower voltage).

Unusually the omelette was poor this morning normally a highlight and also the false fire alarm at 4 am was not welcome!

Menu has been limited and seems to be getting very expensive, also plating charge of £7 for room service is ridiculous
The hotel building resembles the old wood structures of the city’s protected houses, offering various well-equipped and comfortable hotel rooms.
