From A12 exit South of Ipswich sign posted Copdock & Washbrook. Follow signs for Copdock. The hotel is on the left after approx. 1 mile.

The size of the room. Easy check in although a £1 deposit was taken for some reason.
The bathroom in particular smelt of cigarette smoke. Having a bath wasn’t pleasant at all with the smell lingering. The room was also very hot, a fan was provided but it was very stuffy in the room compared to the hall way. Lack of plug sockets next to the bed and the lack of hooks for coats/ towels etc to hang up. There was a dead space by the door and it could have been used better.
Everything fits together perfectly at the Ipswich Hotel. The rooms impress with pastel colours and a cosy atmosphere. Since all modern amenities are on hand, including free Wi-Fi, you only have to sit back and relax. In the elegant restaurant, guests do not have to worry about their creature comforts. On sunny days, you can also enjoy your meal al fresco.
