Leider war dem Personal nicht ersichtlich, dass bereits eine Vorauszahlung erfolgt war. Leider wurde unsbei der Buchung nicht mitgeteilt, dass es eine Kooperation mit dem Unternehmen gab, dass wir besucht haben. Damit hätten wir 10% sparen können.

Die Zimmer waren viel zu warm. Dies war weder angenehm noch zeitgemäß.
