For us having a brewery hotel is not simply just in having the name, but rather it´s all about the entire philosophy of the Winkler family, who understand perfectly, harmonic unison.
Special features of the hotel
Our efforts were rewarded with a silver medal at the Bavarian Cuisine competition and also with multiple awards in the contest for the most environmentally friendly hotel an restaurant business. In addition, since July 2012, the brewery hotel Winkler has been a member of Slow Food Germany, which has made it is mission to keep the regional food an drinks culture in their regions of Germany alive.
