Hotel Description

Bright, comfortable rooms invite you to relax in the Copthorne Hotel Newcastle. The restaurant serves regional and international specialties made from fresh ingredients in a relaxed atmosphere. Guests can unwind with a drink at the modern bar. The well-maintained fitness room invites you to an active time out.

Special features of the hotel

Our carpark is now managed by a third party called Hozah. The guest will need to park their car in our car park. (Located above the hotel, height restriction 2.08 metres) and whilst checking in with reception, they will need to register their vehicle at the desk to qualify for a residential discount for parking; while staying at the hotel. (Currently guests receive a discounted price of £12.50 per car for 24 hours). Once they’ve applied the discount with reception, they will then need to log online (using their mobile/laptop devises) or go to the kiosk located in the hotel lobby and pay for their parking. Please can you ensure you inform future guests what they will need to do, if they are bringing a vehicle of this new procedure. The only exception of this procedure is if they book on a rate where parking is included within the rate.
