Asarigawa Onsen Otaru Ryotei Kuramure is 20 minutes by bus from Otaru Chikko Station, but also offers free parking. Each modern, Japanese style room comes with a great view of the mountains and an all inclusive payment system (price of stay includes drinks at the bar, cafe, or in the room). Some have BVLGARI amenities for a luxurious stay, with champagne and cake service for birthdays or anniversaries. They serve fresh locally grown vegetables and fresh fish from Otaru port.
