Leave highway at exit Lugano-Sud (South)Travel down the exit road at the round-about make about ¾ of it and follow for Lugano Pass in front of MacDonald and return onto the highway. Take the most left lane and at traffic light turn left. Go up the street to train station. Pass 2 traffic lights going always straight. As soon as you see railway crossing on your left WHATCH OUT. After 10 meter (30 feet) turn RIGHT into a small street. Descend it to the left and at bottom turn left again
Get off at Lugano train station. Take escalator up to station square and look downtown. To your left you see the roof of the hotel. Now cross the street using the stairs and walk downhill the small street. 3 Minutes on foot. In the underpass of train station, DO NOT follow signage to city center
