But its a different informal picture on the the inside where things really start to happen. Chic and distinctive in its style Peterstone remains loyal to its Georgian heritage but compliments the old with a relaxed style funky details and modern touches.Food is of huge importance to us modern British but we like to keep things simple and use the best ingredients. Most of the meat and poultry on the menus comes from our own family farm just seven miles down the road you can even go for a visit.One of the great benefits of a retreat at Peterstone Court is the lovely spa and leisure suite - converted from the underground cellars.
