Lech am Arlberg can be reached by car on winter safe roads. Please note that this includes Winter tires and snow chains. Arrivals via Lech (Bregenzerwald) is only possible in the summer, because this road is closed in winter. So you do not get stuck in traffic on your arrival, we have specifically for arrival and departure on Saturdays (high season) following tip: The sections Feldkirch - Lech (from the west) or Imst - Lech (from the east) should be achieved between 9.30 am and 2 pm. On the way back, there can be traffic jams between 10.30 am and 3 pm.
