Our hotel is located in the south of Duisburg. 5 minutes from the city center, 20 minutes from the Düsseldorf Trade Fair Center and DUS Airport, and 35 minutes from the Essen Trade Fair Center. The Wedau Sports Park is 500 meters from us to the east. There you will find the regatta course, the DFB training camp, the MSV Stadium, and the Sechs Seenplatte (six lakes). There are over 10 restaurants within walking distance. The hotel itself is located in a quiet residential area at an intersection. We have 10 free parking spaces, but you can also park safely and free of charge on the street. Many cycle paths cross Duisburg, and of course, we offer a free bicycle garage with a charging point. Electric cars can also be charged here.

A59 towards Duisburg, exit Wanheimerort, past the petrol station, left at the 1st light 50m, 1st corner.
You can take the U79 from Duisburg Hauptbahnhof or Düsseldorf to the Kulturstraße stop. From there, it's just 50 meters to the hotel. Alternatively, you can take the S1 to the Schlenk stop. Very convenient if you're coming from the airport.

Hotel Description
We, the Hesselmann family, run a small family hotel with 20 rooms, 3 apartments, three houseboats, and a yacht. Our rooms, renovated in 2024, all feature 50 Zoll TVs, beautiful bathrooms, and large, comfortable beds. The 10 x 4 meter pool in the basement offers you the opportunity to relax in the evenings until 9:30 p.m. or start the day with some exercise starting at 6 a.m. You are welcome to reserve the private sauna for €15 per person. If you would like to explore the nearby sports park in the evening, we are happy to provide you with our free bicycles. We can also provide you with our e-bikes and our 4-5 meter long sports boats for a fee at our reception.
Special features of the hotel
As a small, family-run hotel, we offer many amenities that make our hotel a little insider tip in Duisburg. For example, in addition to a free 10x4 meter indoor pool, we also offer free rental bikes. The private sauna, which you can use alone, costs €15 per person for 3 hours. The cool e-bikes are €10 per day. Our shuttle service takes up to 7 people directly to the Düsseldorf Exhibition Center or Düsseldorf Airport for €59. We have four motorboats moored at Duisburg Harbor that you can rent from us to explore the Rhine.
