The staff was friendly and the bed was very comfortable.
- The room was very cold upon check-in. In fact, it turned out that the heaters were completely switched which would be fine if it was summer but with outside temperature of -3 °C it takes some time to heat up the room.
- The breakfast menu was limited and room facilities could benefit from a retrofit, especially the bathroom.

The mattress was saggy and the steel springs were noticeable. The shower head was leaking and one of the light bulbs above the mirror was broken.
