For reservations in direct payment: 100 percent of the first night will be charged at least two days prior to arrival.The hotel reserves the right to make a check of bank charge card using. IMPORTANT INFO: Hotel does not accept 200 and 500 euros notes. The total of the reservation will be paid on the check in. Pre-authorizations of the first night will be done on the credit card in orderto check if its valid. That block will be canceled as soon the client arrive to the hotel and they could charge the whole booking on the credit card. If you book 3 rooms or more, the hotel might apply some surcharges, as well as change on the cancellation and payment conditions.

Special features of the hotel

Limited number of parking spaces located 100m from the hotel. Parking spaces are subject to availability. Reception will show you how to access the car park and after a deposit of 10€ you will be given the key. On your departure you will have to return the key for the deposit to be refunded. Paid parking (23€/day). To avoid possible fines you will have to inform the reception of the number plate of the vehicle that has entered the street so that it can be reported to the Madrid City Council. The hotel will not be responsible for these fines in case of not having reported correctly. We do not accept notes of 200€ or 500€. The total amount of the reservation must be paid at check in.
