The staff at the reception was very nice and helpful. The hotel was pretty clean and very close to the train station. The gym was nice

The lady waiting on guest during breakast: she was mean and rude. I was tempted to report her. There was a huge party of spanish speaking persons and she was mean to them too treating them like they were children at the kindergarten's canteen. She was nice to some of the guests since I saw her nicely chatting to a guy the morning after she chastised me for just asking her. She didn't even have the decency to apologize afterwards: I am a guest at a 4 star hotel and I am paying not to be chastised by a not very "inclusive" lady. I'll definitely suggest you take your bussines somewhere else. No kattle in the room either. I would have skipped breakfast the second morning if there had been a kettle in the room
