Aufgrund der Wetterbedingungen musste ich meine Übernachtung vom Montag auf einen anderen Tag in der Woche verschieben. Das Hotel hat auf die vollen Stornokosten bestanden, obwohl eine Umbuchung möglich war. Absolut keine Kundenfreundlichkeit, nicht erreichbar und nicht auf Mails reagiert! Habe mich nun und auch die weiteren Übernachtungen in diesem Jahr auf ein anderes Hotel fokusiert! :(
