Room was clean and well organised
No amenities in the room like
Wardrobe (just hangers?2”without shelves )
No water heater for tea or coffee
No big ironing stand
Light is not sufficient in room
I booked for 4 nights. And because of airport strikes in Germany my flight had cancelled
I asked the hotel to cancel only one night but they refused to understand this situation and didn’t cancel
This is business trips and the hotel should be understandable for such situations
