1) Leaving the airport, turn right at the first intersection (traffic lights), and follow signs to Sirkeci/Sahilyolu. You will come to a roundabout with a big fountain in the middle; turn left and follow the signs to Sirkeci. 2) Drive straight along the seaside road for approximately 17 kilometres (11 miles); turn left at the first sign for Sultanahmet. We are next to the Hagia Sophia Museum.
When you approach the centre of Sultanahmet, you'll see the huge building of Hagia Sophia (St.Sophia) Museum. There is a narrow street between the Hagia Sophia Museum and the main road with the tram way. We are on this narrow street facing the Hagia Sophia Museum (Caferaga Street No 6/1).
