Coming from Sud – take the motorway A3 (Salerno-Reggio Calabria), exit at Buonabitacolo; follow direction for Sanza, and for Caselle in Pittari, Roccagloriosa, Palinuro.

By train: Train FFSS from Milano–Roma–Napoli–Salerno–Reggio Calabria; get off at Pisciotta-Palinuro railway station. Connection by bus and taxi to Palinuro (4 km). By Ferry-boats: From Naples Beverello there are ferry-boats for Palinuro with Metrò del Mare.
