Get from A45 away at Dortmund Hafen. Steetname chanches after few minutes to Mallinckrodtstraße. Follow this street until the second big cross. Turn right on Leopoldstraße. Then directly left in Heckenstraße. At the end turn right. After few meters on the right side you will reach Hotel Drei Kronen.

Das Personal war äußerst freundlich und Hilfsbereit. Dennoch: Bei Minusgraden reicht die Heizung voll aufgedreht nicht aus, man friert sehr. Die Heizung im Bad funktionierte überhaupt nicht, ein bereitgestellter Heizlüfter brachte nicht viel. Die Ausstattung ist abgewohnt, die Matratzen schadhaft und dreckig, mit mehreren, zu kleinen Laken abgedeckt, anstatt ein großes passendes Laken zu verwenden. Die Böden klebten seltsam, sowie auch der WC-Papierrollenhalter. Hinterm WC-Sitz Urinreste auf dem Boden (Fotos haben den Zustand festgehalten). Die Böden sind schief, die Raucherterrasse eine Katastrophe, der TV-Empfang unbrauchbar trotz Nachbesserung durch Personal. Keines der vorhandenen Elektrogeräte (Steckerleisten, Wasserkocher, TV-Gerät, Kühlschrank usw.) ist nach V3 DGUV geprüft bzw. weisen kein Prüfsiegel auf. Die Fenster kann man nicht öffnen, ohne starken Geruch der Imbissfritteusen von nebenan einzuatmen. 2 Nächte gebucht, nach einer Nacht frustriert abgereist.
