Staff are friendly abd the room size is good.

The room service is not the best with things being missed and not cleaned or changed. Water not replaced and same with glasses and towels, one was on the floor for 2 days. The valet parking is also expensive, I would prefer to park the car myself so I can come and go without needing to ask for the car. The hotel also charges 75 dollars a day which I was not told about when I booked in for incidental items which is then refunded at the end of your stay but runs up your card bill as you stay.. We were also charged twice for this and asked for a refund and also charged twice for breakfast, once on card and also to the room.
