Die Lage und das Restaurant

Das Bad war grenzwertig - Waschbecken mit Riss, Schimmel an der Decke und die Duschkabines chließt nicht richtig (ein Türelement hängt). Es gab keinen Service auf dem Zimmer (3 Übernachtungen), also Bett nicht gemacht, kein Handtuchwechsel - nur das Fenster wurde geöffnet und offen gelassen, wodurch das Zimmer eiskalt war.

Special features of the hotel

++++Attention+++++: Our Restaurant is on Monday and Tuesday closed. The Reception is on Monday-Tuesday only from 6:30 am - 7.30 pm open. A Check in after 7:30pm is not possible. The city of Dortmund charges an overnight stay tax of 7,5% on the room accommodation rate from 01.11.2014, which needs to be paid by the guests. This tax is NOT INLCUDED in the HRS rates and needs to be paid additionally in the hotel. Business travelers are exempted from this tax when showing an adequate verification (e.g. employer certificate). ++++
