Paramount Hotel Time Square

We were moved the second day to a better and more comfortable room. I like to highly recommend your outstanding employee Sheena Jobe Davis who helped us in many professional manners to provide us with another comfortable room. She took much care and assistance. She should be complimented.

The first room that we staed in, was like a prison size room and you couldn't use the toilet nor sit on it, because a partition in fron of the toilet prevented you to sit straight. You had to sit side ways, which was ufull.

Location is convenient for a business trip where you need to move to different places in NYC, but it comes at a cost (see next comment)

Two main issues with this hotel: 1) it is old and they maintain just not to cross the line of looking bad, but rooms are close to that; and 2) given its location just next to Times Square the noise - especially at nights - is a big issue. They would need better noise isolation windows, but in my room even one window had the lock broken and thus more noise came in until 1am every night!
