Leave the Motorway A1 at Firenze Impruneta. Take the RA3 towards Siena-Grosseto-Colle val d'Elsa-Poggibonsi. Exit at Poggibonsi Nord and drive towards San Gimignano. Once arrived in San Gimignano, drive on the SP69 for 1,5 km towards Gambassi Terme. Villa Ducci is on the left side of the road.

From Poggibonsi railway station, take the bus for San Gimignano. Get off in Strada (the last bus stop)and then walk for 400 mt in direction of Gambassi. Villa Ducci is on the left side of the road.
