Hotel war sauber. Frühstück war sehr gut.

Wir waren 3 Nächte im Gebäude C. Mehrere Mängel im Badezimmer wurden am ersten Morgen schriftlich gemeldet. Wurden teilweise behoben. Nicht behoben wurden kaputte Spiegellampe (sauber schminken und rasieren nur schlecht möglich) oder schiefe lockere Badetuchablage (diese rutschten/fielen auf den Boden). Dann zweite Nacht nach Rückkehr von Opernbesuch Zimmer ohne Strom, Licht, Lüftung und Heizung (diese ist ohne Heizkörper elektrisch an Lüftung gekoppelt). Rezeption statt 0-24 Uhr nur 7-19 Uhr besetzt. Erste Notrufnummer war tot. Zweite Nachtnummer klappte dann. Reparatur erst um 7:40 Uhr. Zimmer/Nacht war finster und kalt. Kein Wort des Bedauerns oder der Entschuldigung trotz erneutem Hinweis am Morgen.
