This building, half palace and half villa, was constructed in 1392 by Ser Ristoro notary of the Signoria of Florence. Dining: The countess old kitchen is now the place where our guests meet upon rising for a good cup of coffee or tea. Breakfastbuffet The restaurant, situated in the medieval armoury room in the winter and in the summer outside in the beautiful cloister, offers you its friendly and sophisticated style, the flavours of the ancient Tuscan land whilst also offering you light and international food. Recreation: In our wellness area here in the hotel you will be able to fully relax. We offer many different types of massages including anti-stress, anti-cellulite or even a real traditional Chinese acupuncture. The centre is also equipped with a small gym, a sauna, a steam room and a large hydromassage pool. The Wellness Area is open all year round, with the following timetable: from monday to saturday (from 17:00 to 21:00) and on sunday (from 15:00 to 19:00), allowing you to fully enjoy your stay in the hotel. In a separate wing of the building there is a Day-clinic for plastic surgery directed by Dr. Cesare Luccioli together with his daughter Cinzia and his son Paolo. The villa which was in the Serristori family for six centuries from the middle age until italian unification in the 19th century has today found, with the Luccioli family, a new lease of life harmonising past and present time in accordance with its long history.
