Die Lage in Schwabing ist sehr gut und das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet.
Das Bad war offen, d.h. die Dusche und das Waschbecken befanden sich im Zimmer. Die Toilette war nur durch eine lockere Schiebetür abgetrennt.
