Located a few steps from the Parc de Bercy and the quays of the Seine, the Aparthotel has very easy, 5 minute access to the Gare de Lyon, and 10 min access to the center of Paris by metro line 14. It has a seminar room that hosts up to 20 people.

Special features of the hotel

From November 1st 2011, a tax (Article 302 bis ZO of the French general tax code) of 2% per night of the stay with a value higher than or equal to EUR 200 is applicable and payable at the hotel. For stays of 8 nights or more, a weekly cleaning service is included.   For stays up to 7 nights, optional cleaning service available on request.
