Friendly reception and clean and tidy.
The power shower was extremely weak (there was more pressure from the taps in the sink! The jets appear to have clogged and require a clean. The closk in the room needs a new battery (not a complaint) but if nobody reports it doesn't get changed!
Abbey Hotel in Wymondham is already one of the most renowned hotels in Norfolk, situated opposite the historic Wymondham Abbey and just 10 miles south of Norwich. surrounding water meadows bounded by the River Tiffey. The Tiffey Valley has been opened up to walkers with well marked scenic trails. From April to October the Mid Norfolk Railway runs trains between Dereham and Wymondham Abbey Station. We are a family run hotel and have recently refurbished many of the rooms and restaurant. Priding ourselves on our excellent service our experienced staff will ensure you do not have any complaints. The hotel offers a selection of spacious and quaint rooms, all with their own unique character, where there is a happy mix of tradition and modern day. Comfortable accommodation and excellent customer service. Once you are here you will appreciate how peaceful it is. A gentler pace than city life, a perfect setting to relax and unwind and delight in all aspects of this charming hotel.
