Located just 15 minutes by car from Bayreuth and five minutes from the spa town of Bad Berneck, Schloss Falkenhaus is idyllically and secludedly situated in a unique natural landscape. With views of the highest peaks in Northern Bavaria, Schneeberg and Ochsenkopf, it is right in the Genussregion Oberfranken. From the 'Bindlacher Berg' interchange on the A9 motorway – roughly halfway between Munich and Berlin – it is only a short distance to the castle.

Quiet, yet conveniently located just 5 minutes from the A9 exit 'Bindlacher Berg', you can expect a family atmosphere and restful sleep at Schloss Falkenhaus. We offer 11 individually decorated rooms by the owner, each equipped with a shower, hairdryer, toilet, and Wi-Fi, as well as a suite for our guests. Free parking is available directly at the castle. In the morning, you can look forward to a hearty breakfast with fresh eggs from our Falkenhaus chickens in the cozy Jägerstüberl. Our rooms are only available for booking from Monday to Thursday outside of the festival season. From Friday to Sunday, bookings are available upon special request.
