No warm water in the shower and a la carte breakfast was not served after waiting for 30 minutes, had to leave

The breakfast servers were very polite.
A few strands of hair on the bed sheets.
When I checked out I wanted to pay separately for a beer and toothbrush that I bought a day before. And I also wanted to buy some souvenirs from the hotel shop. I waited to pay for the already consumed goods and then I told the front desk lady that I also want to buy some stuff. She was very triggered and kind of aggressive and she said: Why didnt you tell me from before? Now I need to create another receipt, thank you very much! She was pretty annoyed and agressive with her tone and made me almost tell her that fine, i dont want to buy anything anymore if its such a problem to create another receipt.
