The caves were carved into the clay hillside. Its origin dates back to XV century, when Moriscos were evicted by Catholic Kings, they went to live int those peculiar home . Inside the whitewashed caves, the temperature is maintained at 18C. all year round. We have a wonderful RESTAURANT in cave too, where you can enjoy of homemade food, typical from the area.
