From Salzburg: Take the autobahn exit in the direction of Thalgau, continue until you reach Hof, then take the Wolfgangsee Bundesstraße B 158 to St. Gilgen. From Vienna: Exit the autobahn at Mondsee and follow the sign posts to St. Gilgen. When you reach St. Gilgen take the exit to the left at the cable car station down into the village to the end of the street Schwarzenbrunnerstraße.
From the main station Salzburg take the bus with the number 150, which drives the direction Bad Ischl till the bus terminal St. Gilgen.
