The guesthouse stands on Dolnozoborská street beneath Zobor hill, on the northern edge of Nitra. Svätopluk Square is 1.5 km away, Nitra Castle 2.1 km, the railway station 3.4 km and the Agrokomplex exhibition grounds 2.5 km. The turn-off to the Jaguar Land Rover plant is 5 km, about 6 minutes by car. The R1a expressway is 4.5 km away and Bratislava airport 84.8 km. The Vinárske závody bus stop is 60 m from our door. Marked trails up Zobor start at the Zobor hospital, 3.3 km from us.

Hotel Description
For 30 years, since 1996, we have run Penzión Wellness & Restaurant Zoborská: four stars, 12 rooms and calm at the foot of Zobor hill in Nitra. Rooms measure 19 m² (the Deluxe 35 m²) and come with air conditioning, a proper desk, Smart TV, coffee maker and kettle, safe, bathrobe and slippers. The breakfast buffet is included in every rate. Wi-Fi is free on a 1,000 Mbit/s fibre line. Our fenced car park has 42 spaces and costs nothing. The restaurant is one floor below reception and the spa, with sauna, steam room and whirlpool, two floors below. Both are paid separately.
Special features of the hotel
For business travellers: invoices to your company, a desk in every room and breakfast from 7:00 on weekdays, earlier on request. Reception is available 6:00–22:00 on weekdays and 7:00–22:00 at weekends. Arriving later? We send you a code for the key box, or simply call us and we will wait for you. Laundry is €15 per load, ready the next day. Bicycles stay in a lockable room inside. The Zoborská hall takes 70 guests and has a projector and sound system; prices on request. The spa is open 16:00–22:00, in July and August Friday to Sunday only.
