Ambience, car park and the staff were helpful and friendly

Yes the car park logistics weren't clear - no signage for exit and entry so I went wrong way and couldn't get out. The maid cleaned my room and entered despite I put the 'do not disturb' sign on the door. The air conditioning wasn't working and my window opened onto the building vent systems. No water provided complementary in the rooms. The iron and board provided was really poor and not sufficient for business purpose.

the hotel needs a full refurbishment. It is in a horrendous situation in terms of ageing and equipment. breakfast selections are non existent . also the access to the hotel is restricted by gates and causing extreme confusion to taxis resulting in delays
