Process of billing is not good. On day 1 of check in all. credit card details were requested and the same was provided with CVV. However, the stay amount was debited without my permission and consent. As a customer, I would like the hotel ask me before taking such actions. When asked, they told me its a pre-authorization process and the amount is not debited. After checks, the amount was indeed debited from my credit card bill. This process is not a good way to debit the money without asking the customer as the credit card details are always at risk. On the other hand, the entire experience of stay was really good.
