Staff friendliness, hotel location very convenient near subway, well designed interior. Free water fountain and free excellent coffee in the lobby.
I did not know in advance that housekeeping was done only once a week, would have appreciated the info. Bed frame was quite dusty. It was long and complicated to obtain an invoice at the end of my stay.
