Coming from San Sebastian (A-8), Santander (A-8) or Madrid (A-68) leave the highway and take the exit number 117 (Bilbao - Sgrado Corazon / Jesusen Bihotza pl), go straight through Sabino Arana until Plaza Sagrado Corazon and from there follow the signs to the hotel.
Get to the hotel by underground using San Mames underground station exit Sabino Arana. By bus, get off at Plaza Sagrado Corazon or Plaza Moyua and the hotel will be 10 minutes far away walking.
