From Kings Lynn, take the A148 towards Cromer. After 35 miles, look for the brown Tourist Board signs-National Trust's Sheringham Park, followed shortly by the signs for the Country House Hotel. Turn left onto the B1157 the Dales is on the left. From Norwich follow A140 towards Cromer. Turn left just past the Garage at Roughton, and follow signs to A148 to Sheringham - look for signs as above.

Trains from Norwich - take train to Sheringham, there is a taxi rank next door - take taxi to Dales Hotel.
