At Effnerplatz turn left into Effnerstrasse and then right straightaway into Englschalkinger Sr. Arabellastrasse is the 1st street on the right. -> From the A9 coming from Nuremberg, take exit Föhringer Ring/Frankfurter Ring and take two left turns and then turn right out of Effnerstrasse rechts into Englschalkinger Strasse. Arabella strasse is the 1st street on the right. -> From the A8 coming from Salzburg, drive onto Mittleren Ring Ost. Continue via Innsbrucker Ring, Leuchtenbergring andRichard-Strauss-Strasse. You will then reach the Bogenhausen area of town. Turn right at Hypobank-Hochhaus into Denninger Strasse. Turn right at the 4th traffic lights into Arabellastrasse. -> From the A95 coming from Garmisch, drive ontoMittleren Ring Süd and follow signs to Autobahn Passau. Continue via Inssbrucker Innsbrucker Ring Leuchtenbergring und die Richard-Strauß-Strasse and you willreach the Bogenhausen area of town. Turn right at the Hypobank building into Denninger Strasse ein. Turn left at 4th traffic lights into die Arabellastrasse. -> From the A96 coming from Lindau, leave motorway at end, continue via Mittleren Ring, following signs Autobahn Nürnberg. Drive past the Olympic grounds, over Peetuelring and Isarring and you will reach the Bogenhausen area of town. Turn left at Effenrplatz and then immediately right into Effenrstrasse and then immediately right into Englschalkinger Strasse. Arabellastrasse is the 1st street on the right.

Staff at front desk was not easy to understand and did only speak very bad German. But even switching to English was difficult. Staying in a hotel in Germany with no native German speaking staff at front desk is a bit strange. Language skills should be improved.
