The “Residence Borgo degli Ulivi” enjoys a quiet location at about 2,5 km from the centre of Gardone Riviera in a beautiful 20.000 m² park with Mediterranean vegetation. From here you have an outstanding view to the lake. The Residence was painted in colours, typical for the surrounding villages. Given its perfect location it is the ideal starting point for excursions to the surrounding area. All our apartments are spacious and luxuriously furnished; each one with veranda or balcony. They are equipped with a kitchenette, satellite TV, telephone, air conditioning in the main bedroom, safe and hair-dryer. Our facilities include a swimming pool and a children’s pool, Jacuzzi, bar, snack bar, BBQ AREA, garage, parking lots, a lift that connects the garage with the main building,a relaxation room  and FREE WIFI in the common areas. Children can enjoy themselves on the playground or in the play-room. Opening period of the swimming pool: from the beginning of mai till 20th ca. of September.
