Lage ist sehr zentral und gut.

Heizung hat - trotz Reklamation und gegenteiliger Aussage des Mitarbeiters - nicht funktioniert und es war sehr kalt im Zimmer. Man hat mir nach Stunden ein anderes Zimmer angeboten, in welches ich ohne Unterstützung hätte umziehen können. Das Badezimmer ist sehr klein, bietet so gut wie keine Ablagemöglichkeiten und dieret über dem waschbecken befindet sich eine ungeschützte (!!!) Steckdose. Ferner hätte das Zimmer besser gereinigt sein können.
